The Facts about Margaret Lewis’s Pedestrian Accident Case and Settlement Process
Margaret Lewis, a 75-year-old retiree, was struck by a vehicle while walking through a shopping centre car park at [redacted] in early 2021.
She sustained the following injuries:
- Injury to her left shoulder.
- Hip injury.
- Psychiatric disorder resulting from the incident.
