The Facts about James Anderson’s Aviation Accident and Settlement Process
James Anderson, a mechanic, was involved in a tragic helicopter accident at Shoalwater Bay. He was being ferried to a remote mountaintop emergency broadcast site for vegetation management when the pilot misjudged the landing approach, resulting in a crash that fatally injured the pilot and seriously injured James.
