Updated on July 25, 2020Roads become increasingly dangerous in wild weather. The bureau of meteorology (BOM) issuing a warning for massive rainfall and possible flooding over the next nine days, it is important to be cautious on the roads.
The bureau of meteorology has posted on social media stating that over the next nine days widespread falls of 100mm are possible across the southern inland of QLD.
A series of upper-level troughs is expected to bring widespread rainfall to the west and central southern interior of the state over the next seven days.
Widespread rainfall totals of 50mm to 100mm are possible with totals in excess of 100mm possible locally.
