Hello. When it comes to store credit promotions, The Good Guys weren’t good at all. The competition watchdog accused the retail giant of failing to provide credit to more than 20,000 eligible customers. The Federal Court agreed, fining the company $13.5 million. Harvey Norman could also be in strife, with a class action launched over its so-called interest-free loans that allegedly left customers with hefty fees and credit cards they didn’t ask for.
