A pilot and lawyer who specializes in aircraft crashes is calling for law reform in the wake of the Sea World helicopter crash, which claimed four lives and left several others seriously injured. It follows the release of a preliminary report that says the pilot of the helicopter coming into land did not hear a call over the radio by the pilot taking off.
