The incident occurred on Moreton Drive shortly before 9.30pm, near the intersection with Airport Drive.

The incident involved a motorcycle ridden by the 29-year-old man.
Reported Sequence
Queensland Police reported that the rider lost control and collided with a light pole.
The rider sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
Police Investigation
The Queensland Police Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances.
