A 38-year-old woman from Browns Plains has died following a multi-motorcycle collision on Ashmore Road in Bundall, on the evening of Friday, November 7, 2025.

Initial investigations indicate that around 8:15 pm, a group of motorcyclists was travelling east along Ashmore Road when three motorcycles collided between Chale Court and Showcase Court.

The female rider sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 20-year-old man, who was riding one of the other motorcycles, suffered critical injuries and was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.

A third rider, a 50-year-old man, received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash, including whether rider spacing, speed, or visibility contributed to the collision.
