Introduction
A 33-year-old man has tragically died in a workplace incident in Elizabeth South, Adelaide, on Sunday morning. Emergency services were called to the scene, but were unable to save the man.
Incident Details
The incident occurred at Lionsgate Business Park, the site of the old Holden factory, on Philip Highway, Elizabeth South. The man collapsed at the workplace just before 10:30 am and was treated by SA Ambulance Service paramedics, but tragically died at the scene.
Investigation Underway
The circumstances surrounding the man’s death are still unclear. SA Police and Safework SA are investigating the incident to determine the cause of death and any potential workplace safety breaches.
