Mirdhula Karmegam Senthilkumar is a committed legal professional with specialised expertise in Australian Consumer Law and class actions.
She has been involved in complex, large-scale matters, acting for groups of consumers in claims relating to misleading and deceptive conduct, and breaches of consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Her work spans across all stages of class action proceedings—from preliminary investigations and large-scale client engagement, through to litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and implementation.
She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice while balancing professional commitments, showcasing her strong work ethic and commitment to legal excellence.
Outside of her legal practice, Mirdhula enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exploring Australia’s food and arts scene. She is also passionate about access to justice and is involved in volunteer initiatives supporting vulnerable members of the community.
