About the Role

Discrimination & Harassment litigation in the Federal Court can provide remedies that are superior to those available under state workers’ compensation or under conventional workplace injury recovery actions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in workplace injury litigation who is looking for another challenge and new learning in this developing field and wants to own a new practice area.

Reporting directly to Peter Carter, our founder and director, you’ll grow your skills and become an authoritative legal voice on injury or consumer issues.

With full administrative support, you’ll be part of a team focused on achieving exceptional outcomes for those that are deserving of the leg up lawyers can provide.

Who We Need

Our ideal candidate will be a proven commercial litigation expert with 5+ years PAE who:
