Circumstances:
Multiple aircraft within the swarm experienced uncommanded movement during an RPAS light display, resulting in multiple errors on the ground control station, failsafe mode activations, collisions with water and each other, and one aircraft escaping the geofence. 440 RPAs have been destroyed.
