Circumstances:

On July 14, 2025, an SZD glider was involved in a hard landing at Narrogin Airport, Western Australia. The aircraft, operating as a private recreational flight, sustained substantial damage during the landing phase.
The flight departed and was intended to return to Narrogin Airport (NRG/YNRG). During final approach, the glider landed hard on the runway, resulting in damage to its undercarriage and airframe. There were no reported injuries.
