**A tragic accident occurred in Beverley, Western Australia, when an ultralight trike crashed under unknown circumstances. The 69-year-old pilot, an experienced enthusiast, died from injuries sustained in the crash. The incident happened near the pilot’s home, and emergency services responded but the pilot died at the scene. The crash site was approximately 15km from Beverley airport. Investigations are being conducted by Recreational Aviation Australia and WA Police.**
