Circumstances:
The Gulfstream 695A Jetprop Commander 1000 aircraft operated by Agair Logistics, registration VH-HPY, was lost in a devastating crash on 04 November 2023. The flight, tasked with mapping bushfire-affected areas, took an unforeseen fatal descent around 70 km southeast of Cloncurry, Queensland. All three crew members, part of a firefighting team, perished in the crash. Authorities, including the ATSB, are mobilizing to investigate the incident further.
