Circumstances:
The aircraft was participating in a demonstration flight during the Warbirds over Scone event at Scone Memorial Airport in New South Wales. During the display sequence, the de Havilland DH-82A Tiger Moth experienced an engine failure.
The pilot was unable to restart the engine in flight and conducted an emergency landing on the runway. The aircraft remained within the aerodrome area during the forced landing sequence.
No injuries were reported and the aircraft was reported to have sustained no damage. The occurrence was documented through video and social media sources.
