Circumstances:

The aircraft was operating an aeromedical flight from Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport to Bundaberg Airport. During the take-off attempt, the crew misaligned the aircraft on the runway and struck a turning node light.

Following the impact with the aerodrome lighting, the crew rejected the take-off. The aircraft sustained minor damage.
