Incident Overview
A vehicle rollover on an access road to the King of the Hills gold mine near Leonora in Western Australias Goldfields has killed one worker and seriously injured another. Police said the vehicle lost control and rolled just before 5am.

- 38-year-old man, passenger, died at the scene.
- Injuries:
- 32-year-old man, driver, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Kalgoorlie Health Campus for treatment.
Emergency Response
- Police and other emergency responders attended the crash scene on the mine access road.
- The injured driver was transported to Kalgoorlie Health Campus.
- Work at the site was voluntarily suspended to allow authorities to complete investigations.
Police Investigation
WA Police Major Crash investigators and WorkSafe are investigating the circumstances of the rollover. Police said it was not yet known why the vehicle lost control.
