A 38-year-old woman has died and a 20-year-old man remains in a critical condition after three motorcycles collided during a group Halloween ride on the Gold Coast on Friday night, November 7, 2025.

The group of riders was travelling east along Ashmore Road in Bundall when the crash occurred between Chale Court and Showcase Court at approximately 8:15 pm.

According to police, the riders were participating in a Halloween-themed motorcycle event involving multiple bikes when three of the motorcyclists collided.

The 38-year-old Browns Plains woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 20-year-old male rider sustained critical injuries and was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital, where he remains under intensive care.

A third rider, a 50-year-old man, received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
