A pedestrian woman has tragically lost her life in a fatal crash on King Georges Road in Blakehurst , Sydney’s south, marking the second fatal accident on the same road within 24 hours. The incident occurred at approximately 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 .

The woman, who has yet to be formally identified, was struck by a car and pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver, a 28-year-old man , was uninjured but was taken to the hospital for mandatory testing as part of standard procedure following a fatal crash.

This tragedy follows another devastating crash on Monday night , where two young men were killed and a third critically injured after their BMW collided with a truck in Wiley Park , approximately 9 km northwest of Blakehurst.
