A man has died in hospital from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash at Sunnybank Hills on Sunday, February 11.

Around 7pm a motorcycle had collided with the rear of a car at the intersection of Jackson Road and Findon Street, before crashing into a parked car.

The rider and sole occupant, a 42-year-old Sunnybank man, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries.

Police continue to appeal for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision or CCTV from the area to come forward.
