  • A 49-year-old Clontarf man has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and driving UIL.
  • The man is due to appear at Redcliffe Magistrates Court on 3 February 2026.
  • Investigators are seeking CCTV and dashcam footage from Phillip Parade at the time of the incident.
