Police have charged a man following investigations into a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash that occurred at Wilsonton on October 10, 2023.
It will be alleged at approximately 11am, an e-scooter and a Holden Commodore collided at Richmond Drive and Fitzpatrick Street.
The rider of the e-scooter, a 61-year-old Rockville man, was declared deceased at the scene.
Following investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit, a 20-year-old Harlaxton man has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.
He is expected to appear at Toowoomba Magistrates Court on April 29.
