Police have charged a 34-year-old Wynnum West man following an investigation into a fatal traffic crash in Rochedale on July 3.
It will be alleged that a grey Subaru Impreza, driven by the West Wynnum man, was travelling north along Grieve Road near Rochedale Road when it left the road and struck a pole.
The passenger, a 19-year-old Wynnum man, was declared deceased at the scene.
Following an extensive Forensic Crash Unit investigation, the Wynnum West man was arrested yesterday, November 10, and was charged with one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.
He is due to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on December 16.
