A 26-year-old Moorooka woman has been served a notice to appear following a two-vehicle crash at Kangaroo Point on Monday, February 12.

Investigations indicate at 6.30pm, the woman was travelling south on Main Street in a Hyundai I30 when she collided with a Toyota Prius that was turning right from Baines Road.

On February 20, Forensic Crash Investigators served the woman with a notice to appear for one count of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.

She is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 14.

The driver of the Toyota, a woman in her thirties, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

The 26-year-old Moorooka woman was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with minor injuries and subsequently released.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
