The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing to the public for information following a serious traffic crash in Strathpine today, April 3.

Police were called at approximately 10.30am to reports a car and a yellow electric scooter had collided at the intersection of Dixon Street and Gympie Road.

The rider of the scooter was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with significant injuries.

Anyone who witnessed or has dashcam footage of the crash or the moments leading up to it is urged to contact police.
