Incident Overview
Three people have died following a late-night traffic crash near Kingaroy in Queensland’s South Burnett region. Police say two utility vehicles collided on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga on Monday night, with one vehicle catching fire. The driver of one utility and two occupants of the other vehicle were declared deceased at the scene. A teenage girl was seriously injured and airlifted to hospital. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.

- 13-year-old girl — Ford Ranger passenger; transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious but stable condition and later airlifted to Queensland Children’s Hospital.
