Police are seeking witnesses to a serious single vehicle traffic crash in Witheren in the Scenic Rim last night (December 2).

Initial information indicates at about 7.30pm, a white dual cab ute was travelling on Beechmont Road, when it left the roadway and rolled.

The passenger, a 23-year-old Lower Beechmont man, was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver, a 32-year-old Lower Beechmont man, was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital with minor injuries.

Police are seeking witnesses and dash cam footage from anyone in the area in the time leading up to the crash.

The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.
