The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a serious single vehicle traffic crash on Lanita Road, Ferny Grove this afternoon, July 9.

Initial investigations indicate just before 7pm a Toyota Aurion has come off the road and rolled down an embankment.

Three 17-year-old males were occupants in the car at the time and have been transported to hospital.

One male who was a passenger in the vehicle sustained serious head injuries, while the other two are in stable conditions.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision from the area to come forward.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
