  • A motorbike ridden by a 22-year-old male from Nirimba.
  • A car driven by a 35-year-old female from Maroochydore.

Crash Description
Emergency services were called to the scene following a collision between a motorbike and a car on the Sunshine Motorway. The 22-year-old motorbike rider sustained critical injuries and was transported to the hospital. The female driver of the car, the sole occupant, was uninjured.

Injuries/Fatalities

  • The 22-year-old male motorbike rider was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
  • The 35-year-old female driver of the car was not physically injured.

Emergency Response
Paramedics provided urgent medical care to the motorbike rider before transporting him to the hospital. Police attended the scene and are conducting an investigation.
