Ripley fatal collision
One man died and two people were critically injured in a two-car collision on the Centenary Motorway at Ripley on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.
Incident Details
Initial police enquiries indicated the vehicles collided near the Ripley Road roundabout shortly before 8.50pm.
Death
A 35-year-old Plainland man driving one of the cars was declared dead at the scene.
Injuries
His 30-year-old Plainland passenger and the other driver, an 18-year-old South Ripley man, were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
