Police officers were traveling on Mawson Drive when they observed a motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction. The officers activated the warning lights of their vehicle, but the motorcyclist did not stop and continued driving before crashing into a power pole at the intersection of Wianamatta Drive.

Injuries

The 43-year-old male motorcyclist was treated at the scene by police and paramedics before being transported to Liverpool Hospital in critical condition.

Police officers at the scene provided initial treatment to the injured motorcyclist before the arrival of NSW Ambulance paramedics.
