The 28-year-old man from Goodna was allegedly driving a Ford Mondeo that collided with a Toyota Camry, which was operating as an Uber. Ryan Grafton, a passenger in the Uber, tragically died at the scene. A 26-year-old woman, also a passenger, sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized.

Emergency services responded promptly to the scene. The 26-year-old woman was treated for serious chest and stomach injuries and taken to the hospital. The 42-year-old Uber driver also suffered suspected spinal injuries and was hospitalized in stable condition.
Driver’s Actions
The driver of the Ford Mondeo fled the scene immediately after the crash. However, he turned himself into Acacia Ridge police on Monday, a week after the incident. No charges have been laid as of now.
