Lynford fatal collision
A man died and a truck driver was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision on Forest Hill Fernvale Road at Lynford on Wednesday, 24 June 2026.
Incident Details
7News reported that a car and a tip truck collided at about 6.50pm and both vehicles caught fire.
Death
The car driver and sole occupant, a 72-year-old Coominya man, died at the scene.
Injury
The 48-year-old truck driver was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries.
