Incident Overview
A 71-year-old Redbank Plains woman died following a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV on the Centenary Highway at Greenbank. Queensland Police said the crash involved a Honda motorcycle and a Mitsubishi Outlander.

People and Vehicles Involved
The motorcycle rider was a 71-year-old woman from Redbank Plains. Police said the Mitsubishi was driven by a 41-year-old woman and carried two passengers, a 20-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl. All three occupants of the SUV were also from Redbank Plains.
Injuries and Fatalities
The rider sustained critical injuries and died at the scene. Police said the driver and two passengers in the Mitsubishi were not injured.
Emergency Response
Emergency services attended the highway following reports of the afternoon collision. The police release does not provide further details about treatment at the scene or traffic arrangements.
