Victoria Police are actively searching for a 23-year-old man who allegedly fled the scene of a hit-and-run crash in Geelong that left a woman fighting for her life.
Crash Overview
The incident occurred on Barwarre Road in Marshall, Geelong, on July 17th at approximately 6:15 pm. A red Holden Commodore reportedly collided with a silver Mazda hatchback, causing severe damage to the Mazda.
Victim’s Condition
The 42-year-old woman driving the Mazda was airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in serious condition.
Suspect Identification and Appeal for Information
Police have identified the alleged driver of the Holden Commodore as Jesse Reynolds, a 23-year-old man described as 190cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion, and brown hair. An image of Reynolds has been released to the public, and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the police immediately.

Neighbors who rushed to the scene described the aftermath of the crash as horrific, with the Mazda driver barely conscious and screaming in pain. The front of the Mazda was severely damaged and unrecognizable.
