A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle traffic crash in Yatala on Saturday, April 27.

Investigations indicate at 9.30am, a red Suzuki motorcycle was travelling north on Cuthbert Drive when it collided with a blue Nissan pathfinder at the intersection with Darlington Drive.

The rider, a man in his sixties, was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital, where he died on Sunday, April 28.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with further information or relevant vision, to contact police.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations are ongoing.
