Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Kogan on November 23.

At approximately 9.30pm emergency services were called to Tara Kogan Road, following reports of a single-vehicle crash.

A 37-year-old Kogan man was pronounced deceased at the scene. A 24-year-old male passenger also from Kogan has been airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital with life threatening injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage from the area at the time to come forward.
