The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a two-vehicle traffic crash in Silverleaf this morning, October 20.

A white Nissan Navarra dual-cab utility and white Toyota Hilux crashed on Bicks Road just after 9am.

The 37-year-old Cinnabar male driver of the Hilux died at the scene.

The 48-year-old female driver of the Nissan was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Investigations remain ongoing.
