The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal two vehicle traffic crash that occurred in Heathwood on Friday, September 27.

Initial investigations indicate a motorbike was entering onto the Logan Motorway from the Blunder Road onramp just after 5pm, when the vehicle crashed with a truck.

The 31-year-old male rider died at the scene.

The 50-year-old truck driver was not injured in the crash.
