The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal single-vehicle traffic crash in Burnett Heads near Bundaberg this morning, August 5.

Initial investigations indicate just after 2am, a white 2004 Holden Commodore was travelling along Burnett Heads Road when it left the road and rolled.

Upon arrival, emergency crews located a 23-year-old Gin Gin man with critical injuries.

He was declared deceased at the scene.

A 23-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, all from Norville, were also injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash, and is yet to identify the driver.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have been in the local area around the time of the crash, or who has any information which may assist investigations, to come forward.

Anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam vision is also urged to contact police.

Investigations are continuing.
