An 84-year-old Degilbo woman has died following a two-vehicle crash at Biggenden, west of Maryborough, yesterday (November 6).
Police were called to the intersection of Caroline Street and George Street just before 9am after a collision between a Toyota Landcruiser and a Hyundai Grandeur.
The 84-year-old female driver and sole occupant of the Hyundai was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, where she today passed away from injuries.
A 66-year-old Maryborough man, the driver of the Toyota, was uninjured.
The Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate the crash.
