The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal single-vehicle traffic crash at Bentley Park this morning, April 26.

Initial investigations indicate early this morning a white Kia Carnival was travelling southbound on Bicentennial Road when it left the roadway and rolled into a creek.

Emergency services responded and upon arrival, the sole occupant, a 24-year-old Bentley Park man was located deceased.

Investigators are currently investigating the timing and circumstances of the crash, and are appealing for anyone who saw the vehicle around 1:20am on Friday morning in the Edmonton and Bentley Park areas to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
