Incident Overview
A 71-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash at Gundiah, south of Maryborough, on Saturday afternoon, 20 December. Police say a silver Subaru Forester veered off a bridge on Bauple Woolooga Road and entered the Mary River. Members of the public attempted to assist before police divers attended. The driver, who was the sole occupant, was located deceased inside the vehicle. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
