Incident Overview
A man has tragically died following a single-vehicle rollover crash on Mount Cotton Road in Burbank, Queensland, on Tuesday afternoon, 5 August 2025.

  • Single vehicle – blue Toyota Echo

Injuries/Fatalities

  • Deceased: 49-year-old male driver, sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene

Crash Description
Preliminary investigations suggest the Toyota Echo was travelling westbound on Mount Cotton Road when it rolled multiple times before coming to rest. Emergency services arrived shortly after the incident was reported, but the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigation
The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash. No further details have been released at this stage.

Witnesses/Appeals
Authorities are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who has dashcam or CCTV footage from the area at the time of the incident to come forward.
