Initial investigations indicate the Audi and MG had pulled over to exchange details after a minor crash when the Audi driver was struck by a white Isuzu utility. The Isuzu driver, a man in his 30s, stopped at the Logan Motorway exit at Tanah Merah and is assisting police with enquiries.
