A 53-year-old Greenmount woman has died following a two vehicle traffic crash at Finnie, south of Toowoomba, this morning (February 13).
Initial investigations indicate just after 6am on Drayton Connection Road near Atkinson Road, a crash has occurred involving a station wagon and utility.
A 53-year-old Greenmount woman, the driver of the station wagon, died at the scene.
Her passenger, a six-month-old boy, was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition for assessment.
A 53-year-old Headington Hill man, the driver and sole occupant of the utility, was transported to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash and appeal to anyone with information or relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
