Police Investigation
Police allege the 39-year-old man was driving one of the two vehicles and was found in a paddock about 500m from the crash scene. He was extradited to NSW after the ACT Magistrates Court granted extradition on Tuesday.

  • Charged with single counts of murder, dangerous driving occasioning death, and failing to stop and assist, and two counts each of reckless and predatory driving.
  • He appeared before Bail Division Court on Wednesday, was refused bail, and is due to reappear on 2 June.
