A man has died following a collision between a motorcycle and a ute towing a trailer at South Bingera, near Bundaberg, on Sunday afternoon, October 12, 2025.

Initial investigations indicate that at around 1:00 pm, a black Yamaha motorcycle was travelling along South Bingera Road when it collided with a blue Ford Ranger towing a trailer. The motorcyclist, a 42-year-old man from Pacific Paradise, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Ranger, a 52-year-old man from South Kolan, was not physically injured. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash and has appealed for any witnesses or dashcam footage from the area.
