On 26 January 2024, a 45-year-old Filipino crew member was found unresponsive aboard the Celebrity Constellation while the vessel was anchored in George Town Harbour, Grand Cayman.

On 20 January 2024, a 44-year-old male passenger from Northern Wales was reported overboard from the Stena Estrid ferry while navigating near Liverpool, England, during a scheduled crossing from Belfast, Northern Ireland, to Birkenhead, Merseyside.

On 30 December 2023, a 32-year-old male passenger, Carlos Alberto Mota Candreva, went overboard from the MSC Preziosa while the vessel was en route from Port Santos/São Paulo, Brazil, to Angra dos Reis.

On 24 December 2023, passengers from P&O's cruise ship Arvia encountered severe turbulence aboard a charter flight operated by Maleth Aero while returning home from the Caribbean to the United Kingdom.
