What happened
Incident Overview
On Thursday, 20 June 2024, a man in his 60s sustained life-threatening injuries when he became trapped between a scissor lift and a fence at a residential property on Torch Street in east Ipswich, Queensland.
Queensland Ambulance Service attended the scene at approximately 7:08 am and transported the worker to Princess Alexandra Hospital in critical condition. Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has been notified and is investigating the incident.
